SBVP has drawn elaborate plans for the development of society in phased manner over a period of time. As enshrined in the vision, SBVP is striving to build knowledge society by promoting institutions of higher learning in different disciplines in phased manner over next ten years. As mentioned in the master development layout, SBVP has plans for building the following colleges after getting due permissions from respective bodies:
- Engineering College
- MCA College
- MBA College
As indicated in the master layout, SBVP is planning the following facilities:
- Principals Quarters
- Staff Quarters
- Ladies Hostel with mess facilities
- Gents Hostel with mess facilities
- Clinic
- Bank Extension counter/ATM
- Open Air Auditorium
- Grounds for games and sports
- NCC
- NSS
- Canteen
- Parking for four and two wheelers
- Transport facility for staff and students from all corners of Hyderabad city.
- Computer center with broad band internet connectivity
- Transformer and stand by Diesel generator
- Fencing of entire land with barbed wire
- Raising of appropriate trees along the periphery and along the roads
- Landscaping of the land

Engineering College: SBVP is planning to start Engineering College from the academic year 2009-10 subject to getting the necessary approvals. Following is the road map for Engineering College:
- Engineering College in 10 acre plot with four disciplines to start with an intake of 240 students per annum.
- Strive for conducting National & International seminars/conferences , student paper/project contests after first year of operations.
- Add more sections during third and fourth years of operations in disciplines where there is demand.
- Achieve ISO 9000 quality certification during second year of operations.
- Strive for industry tie-ups for R&D and staff-faculty exchange program after second year of operations.
- Offer PG courses after fourth year of operations.
- Set up in-house R&D centers to offer consultancy to local hardware and software industries after third year of operations.
- Offer Doctoral Programs after eighth year of operations
- Strive for foreign university tie-up for twinning programs, PG admissions for students, student and faculty exchange programmes.
- Strive for NBA accreditation during sixth year of operation as two batches of students will roll out.
- Offer short term PG Diploma courses in niche areas.
- Undertake industry sponsored projects with revenue sharing with faculty
- Provision of adequate space and facilities to handle expansion
MBA, MCA, and other engineering disciplines will be taken up subsequently in phased manner.
Other facilities and residential accommodation and hostels will be taken up gradually.
SBVP will strive to make the entire campus as a residential starting gradually from first year of operation.
